Dame Charlie, Lady Liberty, Angel of Union City

Guido’s enforcer is a Nosferatu called Charlie, she’s been around a long, long time, or so the word on the street goes. If you fuck up in Anarch turf, she’s the last thing you’ll see. Well, given her clan, you’re not likely to see her at all. Charlie is the one the Anarchs come to for protection, and she’s on the most wanted list among the Sabbat, having survived a couple of attacks over the years. The Camarilla aren’t fond of her either. The feeling is mutual.

Very little is known about the Nosferatu prior to her embrace, but it is clear she has lived in the area for some time, and aligned with the Baron early, long before he became Baron. She's described as a gruff, no-nonsense person by the few who have met her for a talk.

Charlie's added moniker comes from a joke that she was "knighted" by the Baron, and it stuck from there. Charlie likes it so she kept it going, and now answers only to that even though she has many nicknames.

Lady Liberty is obvious perhaps, and Angel of Union City is from a couple of years back, when the Sabbat attacked there and Charlie lead the counterattack that saved the day. Some argue it's Dame Charlie who is the real reason the Anarchs are doing so well. Charlie herself scoffs at it, being fiercely loyal to the Baron.

Charlie is not the ideologist, she's the blunt force used to keep the Sabbat and the Camarilla out of Hoboken and the northern territories of New Jersey. As such she holds a great deal of power and respect though some consider her methods to be akin to the Sheriff on the other side of the Hudson, an opinion very few would dare to share with her face to face.
