Wu Mai is the most exotic creature to ever come from the province of Voran. She was raised in a temple as an orphan having been found at the age of just 1 year. She has dusky dark skin and startling grey/blue eyes. She is a quiet girl usually dressed in the robes of a monk. She received all sorts of training at the temple she was raised in so her knowledge is quite vast compared to the other “sisters” within the nunnery. Agile and graceful, its all hidden under her monks robes and cloak. She makes her living as a scribe for the magistrates and city officials of Duirt. Many city officials request her because of the innate knowledge and wisdom she seems to hold despite her age.

Mai has since evolved into a Sentinel reporting straight to Judge Heggir. She has the most logical and penetrating mind the Judge has ever encountered and she is a veritable whirlwind of power on the battlefield. Judge Heggir hired her to be his “blade” and “voice” within the city appointing her his personal Sentinel to keep peace within his district. She is usually garbed in a long linen robe of pure white. Underneath the robe she wears white baggy linen pants with strips of leather entwining and lacing up her calves serving as sandals. Her long braid hangs down her back to her waist. Most of the city know her as a humble but powerful servant of the city accepting no nonsense when it comes to protecting the inhabitants of the Central Quarter.

She is to succeed Judge Heggirs postion once he decides to retire from his duties
