House Groas is a mercantile house first and a sailing house last. Often brokering deals to ship their cargo on the vessels of other houses, House Groas nonetheless manages to be quite profitable, and has many holdings on shore in Duirt, including High Rises, the primary warehouses in the docks area.

House Groas is looking to expand their business empire by establishing trade with other houses, especially foreign ones.

The head of the house, Inuir Groas III is said to be very sociable and exhibits lavish generosity. Like all Silverite houses, House Groas does not claim specific territories, but rather has mercantile interests all over the republic.
