Lady Beluvial, previously known as Lady Selena, is an incredibly elegant and beautiful woman rumored to be a descendant from the Dragon Race. It is said she is the ONLY daughter of Bulverk the Bronze, a "royal" of the dragon race. Married to Lord Black Atianna she posed as the daughter of a foreign extremely wealthy nobleman he met during his travels at sea. Elegant beyond words, Lady Selena is a supposed high sorceress in the Silver Rain Republic. She serves as the Grand High Sorceress of the Republic and she has been said to be the Silver Rain Republics version of Bianca Charline. She tends to wear elegant noble gowns and takes an interest in helping the poor and those that are in need.

Lady Beluvial is also a tremendous advocate towards the Bardic community. She enjoys and loves talent with instruments and singing. It is rumoured that where ever she travels she always hires the finest bards available to entertain her and her guests.

While her husband is out at sea she normally donates her time and resources to study or charitable philanthropic deeds to help the people of her country. When not serving as an arcane advisor to the Doge of the Silver Rain Republic, she is also a consummate historian making it impossible to judge just how old she truly is. She visits her daughter and only grandchildren often, popping in to the city at least once a month if not more now that she serves as Ambassador to the lands of Urt. Lately she wpends more time in Duirt than in the Republic to watch over her family and descendants.
