Little is known of his birth, but the Psion Council says he was born Floom Frost in a halfling hamlet somewhere on the mainland. When it was discovered he was gifted with abilities, the Ivory Tower gave his family a large purse of gold and shipped him off to train at the Tower. Floom found a passing circus after his release and married into the family of Tenderfoot, making Lady [[Katrina Frost | Katrina]], his wife. The Tower discovered people Love Floom so much they will do anything he wants. Now living on Tenderfoot land, he has three lovely children by his wife and has built a [[Frost Roadhouse | Roadhouse]], Shrine and Smithy. Expanding his influence, Floom has a small force of troops that help protect his interests, he has a small garden for fresh veggies, fruits including the exotic Dragon Fruit. He maintains a small chicken coop for fresh eggs and of course Chickens. After weeks of hard work, the local woodsmen and builders have completed a 3rd level to the Roadhouse, adding 12 new inexpensive rooms. Floom has finally been able to construct a lovely stable area for half a dozen mounts. After years and years of effort, moving pieces to this spot and that, building [[Frostville]] up and his reputation Floom Frost has finally gotten House Frost officially formed as a Minor House under House Tenderfoot.
