Cardinal Stephanus is the current head of the [[Ecclesia|Church of Eccles|Ecclesia]] in [[Duirt]], and answers directly to the [[Pontifex]]. As head of the church, he is also the de-facto ruler of the Ecclesian part of Duirt. He administers from the [[Cathedral]]. The cardinal is said to be an intelligent and highly educated man with a focus on logic and reason, with kindness hidden behind the logic. Cardinal Stephanus came to power a few years ago, after the death of the previous [[Cardinal Johannes]].
