Windamere is the Capital city of [[South Vorus]] and home of [[Reginald Turdy]]. Part of the city is granted to the Silver Rain Republic who use it as a trade post, similar to the arrangement in [[Duirt]], and a major part of the city center has been torn down to build a capital palace for [[Reginald Turdy|King Reginald]]
