A bay on [[Lusre Island]] previously used by pirates and now falling under the domain of [[House Naikl]]. The town there was burned down, but some of the buildings were partially restored. Features a new tavern owned by Darj'Tera. The Mayor's Residence is where visiting members of House Naikl reside when on the island. Off the coast, but still in the cove is a recent [[Aventi]] settlement, named [[Sanctuary]], populated by mostly Aventi although some merfolk and aquatic elves live here too. Most of the inhabitants were refugees from the SRR when the sahuagin took over the area. One feature of this settlement is the [[Pearl Tower]], the undersea equivalent of the [[Ivory Tower]] where undersea (and some surface dwellers) arcanists as well as those seeking knowledge can come and learn. This was set up by [[Spica Capella | Spica]] and [[Vydia]] and it is here they live with their two children, unless their duties take them elsewhere.
