The wharf is a key point of industry and the location where most ships, especially the larger ones, are built. The wharf drives many nearby industries such as a saw mill and a street full of carpenters. Between the wharf and construction area's, several large area's have been cleared and set up with patches of flowers in different colours, and there is always something blooming except in winter. Ship repair is also a big part of the works being done at the wharf and captains are expected to pay the administrators, lest their ship may end up taking far longer to get worked on than would otherwise be reasonable.
