Ivory Tower Council

The Ivory Tower Council is the leadership of the Ivory Tower in Duirt who manage the city and the South Voran territories immediately around it. They control the Ivory Tower itself including the school and all matters related to magic, while the South Voran nobility is tasked with managing the hinterlands under their control. In principle, the Ivory Tower answers to a greater council of mages for South Vorus, who in turn answer to the King, though in practice they operate relatively independently.
