HISTORY
Abelia was born in the city of Diurt, and orphanated at a very early age. Her parents we're unfit to care for her, and gave her away to the Temple of Ecclessia for assistance. The Temple took her in, providing her a place to lay her head, and fill her belly with food. They taught her to speak, to write, and to read. They taught her scripture of Ecclessia along with the underlying understanding of what their God represents.
Abelia took those lessons to heart, and picked up the mantle as Paladin of the One True God. This Paladin doesn't take a step unless it's in the name of her God, and always gives thanks to Her in all lessons, and in all successes she accomplishes. Nothing is done without a prayer to Ecclessia. Most would see that as an extreme, but to her, nothing else mattered.
