North Vorus is one of two successor states of Vorus, formed after the Voran Civil War. It is ruled by Thadius Turdy as a Monarchy with a council of mages and psions, known as the Council of Mages and various noble houses holding significant power. It's capital city, Zandara, is said to be a city of wonder.

Citizenship

As part of the arrangement between North and South Vorus, citizens of North Vorus may become citizens of South Vorus by registering with the appropriate local government. This means they will no longer be North Voran citizens.
