Before sanctioning a character, please check all of the following, in addition to verifying the automatic check at the bottom of the screen:

Character Wiki Page

• Are they a Person (and ONLY a Person)
• Do they have a description?
• Do they have an image?
• Is the name sensible for the setting / not silly?

Basics

• Is the character level 6?
• Do they have 23000 xp?
• Is the alignment listed and valid for the listed classes?
• HALFLING / GNOME: Are they Small in size?
• Are their gender, culture, faction, and religion set to a sensible value?

Classes

• Did they pick their favored class?
• Did they fill in their bonus level 4 ability?
• Did they pick any bonuses they are entitled to for favored classes?
• If they have a prestige class, do they meet the qualifications?

Ability Scores

• HUMAN: Did they set their manual ability bonuses?

Saves

• Do they list bonuses for feats, i.e. Iron Will (+2 Will), Lightning Reflexes (+2 Reflex), Great Fortitude (+2 Fortitude)?
• Do they list bonuses for magic items, i.e. Cloak of Resistance?
• Do they list bonuses received for various Traits?

HP & Init

• Do they list bonus HP for feats, i.e. Toughness?
• Do they list bonus Init for feats, i.e. Improved Initiative?
• Do they list bonuses received for various Traits?
• Make sure they DO NOT list a manual bonus for favored class or constitution - this is already added automatically and if it is missing, this is usually an error in the way the sheet was filled out

Armour Class

• Do they list bonus for feats, i.e. Dodge?
• Do they list bonus for magic items, i.e. Amulet of Natural Armor, Ring of Deflection?
• Make sure they DO NOT list a manual bonus for armour - the sheet does this automatically, and if it is missing, this is usually an error in the way the sheet was filled out

Movement

• Do they list the bonus for feats in the appropriate spots, i.e. Speed of Thought, Run?
• If any non-standard speeds are listed, are they entitled to those?
• AVENTI: Do they list a swim speed?

Skills

• Make sure they DO NOT list bonus skill points for being human, this is added automatically unless they disabled the racial ability
• Are all bonuses from class (such as Druids Nature Sense) listed, including conditional bonuses?
• Are all bonuses, including conditional bonuses from traits listed?
• Are all bonuses from feats listed, i.e. Skill Focus, any of the +2/+2 feats?
• Are all bonus class skills marked as such (such as the extra class skill from Generalist Psion)?

Feats

• Does the character have the correct number of feats (3 base +1 human, + any bonus feats from classes)?
• Are the bonuses from feats listed in the correct locations?

Languages

• Does the player have Hodgepot?
• Do they have their cultural language (South Ecclisic for Ecclesian, East Voran for Voran, Silver for Silverites)?
• DRUIDS: Do they have Druidic?
• Are their bonus languages from int modifier selected from the cultural bonus languages?
• Is the number of languages correct? Should be 2 + int modifier + ranks in Speak Language (+1 for Druids)

Special Abilities

• Are all Class Abilities listed, except as noted?
• Make sure Bonus Feat abilities are NOT listed, those are just added to the list of feats
• Make sure abilities that grant a flat or conditional bonus to a listed ability are NOT listed HERE, but at the appropriate spot (i.e. Druid Nature Sense)
• Make sure no Racial Abilities are listed here. They are listed under Race
• Do Sneak Attack, Channel Energy and X/day abilities list their number of dice / number of uses per day?

Traits

• Does the character have 2 traits from different groups?
• If the character has Additional Traits, are all traits from different groups?
• Are the bonuses / conditional bonuses from traits listed with their relevant abilities?

Attacks

• Is an attack listed for each equipped weapon?
• Is the Masterwork or +X bonus listed in the attack?
• Is the attack sequence fully filled out?
• Has a damage type been listed?
• Is the damage correct?
• Is the crit range correctly listed?
• If it is a ranged attack, is it set to Ranged instead of Melee?
• Are all penalties for two-weapon fighting applied while dual wielding, and does the character actually have the required feats?

Equipment

• Is the characters Net Worth equal to 8000 exactly?
• Do they have a Job listed, and is the income for that job correct?
• Is a lifestyle listed in the notes section, including how many lifestyle points they are entitled to and how they spent them?

• Do they list any non-standard items, and if so are they appropriate (a fancy hat is fine, a raygun is not)
• Are they wearing clothes?
• Are any creatures included in the lifestyle details? Class-granted creatures (familiars, animal companions) are free
• Is the magic weapon priced according to the reduced value?
• Are any magic items priced correctly?
• Are magic item bonuses to stats (i.e. Ring of Deflection, Boots of Elven Kind) listed in the correct places?

Spellcasting / Manifesting

• INQUISITOR: Does the character list a domain in their notes section
• If the character has the Spell Focus feat, is a conditional bonus listed in the save DC?
• If the character has the Combat Casting feat, is a bonus listed for Concentration?

Other

• NOBLES:
  • If they have a noble family listed, is it equal to the one listed in their faction?
  • If the character is a noble by birth, is the character of the same race as the family they hail from?
  • Do they list the correct Noble Trait?
  • Do they have a Nobles Outfit and 100 gp in jewellery?
• Are there any warnings or notes?
• Have you checked every note which requests you to manually verify something?
• Have you verified the character is entitled to each entry in the Manual Bonus Summary?
