Differences on Culture
When you create your character, you must choose a culture from which they hail. The culture, rather than the characters race determines their starting and bonus languages.
There are three cultures to choose from in Novus Utum:

---- North and South Vorus ----
Characters who are citizens of either North Vorus or South Vorus both select Voran as their culture, and all the same rules apply to both. By default it is presumed Voran characters are South Voran, so a note will be made on your sheet if you are North Voran. Please note that as a North Voran, you will not get some of the benefits available to South Vorans in this area.
