==== Bookkeeping ====
You are responsible for all bookkeeping and paperwork related to the following:
* [[setting/Duirt's Folly Arena]]
* The Arena Master: [[setting/Grayson Gibb]]
==== Arena Tournament ====
Each season, you organize and run an Arena Tournament, where PCs compete to earn "Tournament Points". At the end of the season, the PC with the most Tournament Points wins.
* You should set the exact rules of the tournament, and make them available on the wiki for players to read. The rules should include:
* How to enter
* If and how PCs are bracketed by level / class / etc
* How Tournament Points can be earned in Arena Adventures
* How Tournament Points can be earned through Arena Quests
* How else Tournament Points could be earned
* You should keep track of the Tournament Points each player has earned on the wiki so players can see where they are in the rankings
* At the end of the season, you award prizes to the winner and reset the ranking for next season
The winner of the Arena Tournament each season wins a +1 weapon of their choice. Additionally, each participant earns 50 gold. At your discretion, particularly active players who did not win may also receive up to 500 extra gold.

==== Arena Adventures ====
At least once a month, you should run an Arena adventure, an event where PCs battle NPC opponents in one form or another. The details are up to you, though the Arena adventure should award Tournament Points towards the tournament. This means that each season will have at least 3 Arena Adventures in which players can participate.
