Thank you for taking the time to read this page. This chat is founded on the principles of mutual respect, sharing and having fun.

Player Agreement

By joining the community, you agree to the 'player agreement'. They should not limit anyone with reasonable intentions ^_^

Simply put, we want players to refrain from post materials that are in violation of the law and we do not want any spam. Also, try to be nice to other people, even if you don't like them.

While playing here, you might encounter opinions or idea's that you find offensive. Keep in mind the difference between In Character and Out Of Character: the opinion of a character played by someone is not necessarily the opinion of that person. Please try to resolve Out Of Character issues in a civilized and constructive manner and we'll all have a good time!

Novus Utum won't sell any of your information to third parties.

All of the writings on this website, and likely some of the art too, were made by the community, for the community. By participating, you agree that what you create may be shared and used by the community.

It goes without saying that you can always use anything you wrote elsewhere, as you see fit. If you wish to use materials written by others, or strongly based on materials written by others, you are also free to use those as you wish! All we ask is that you credit us and likewise share what you create based on our work. Specifically, we apply the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license to all materials published here.

RPGpad

Novus Utum is kindly hosted on RPGpad. As such, any rules or the likes that apply to RPGpad also apply to Novus Utum.

The basic rules for our game, which aren't reproduced here but which we link to extensively, were released under the Open Gaming License and are property of Wizards of the Coast. They were then significantly revised and improved upon by Paizo Publishing under the Pathfinder label.

For a copy of the associated license see here http://legacy.aonprd.com/openGameLicense.html

Final Note

The images and art are either created by our members (for which the same rules as above apply) or they are copied from the web when we believe we are allowed to use them. On the internet, it is not always clear when an image is released for open usage, when it is released for usage under certain restrictions, or when it should not have been released at all. If as a result despite our efforts you find any materials (whether images or otherwise) that violate your copyrights, trademarks or the likes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll discuss how to resolve the problem as quickly as we can.
