The East Quarter is being cleaned up in anticipation of King Reginalds visit to the city. Buildings and streets are being scrubbed, planters are being cleaned up, and riff-raff is being chased off the streets and into the Ratways.

The Tower has sent a mage to use a Decanter of Endless Water to hose down various places to help with the efforts, and he keeps popping up in places to spray water on everything.

While he avoids getting anyone splashed, some incidents have occurred and talk in the taverns is that someone who 'takes care' of said mage might get a huge payday, as the Thieves Guild supposedly has a buyer to whom the Decanter can be fenced - no questions asked...

he was all smiles as he creeps through the shadows looking for the Mage purveryor of watery sprays.

Shaylaras emotionless face remained the same as the shadows simply swallowed her up from sight. As the head of the Assasins part of the Thieves guild she moved off to take care of business (( She is head of the Assasins section of the Thieves Guild...one of the two PC leaders ))

Then there's the mysterious someone who has been going around marking up some of the really dirty buildings with words like 'Clean Me'.

Leigh and Shaylara learned that the mage with the decanter would be cleaning a dead end alley at the end of the evening. It would still be light out, but it'd be reasonably quiet there, so it was the perfect place for an ambush. All that was needed now was a plan...

Rumour has it that a member of the Ivory Tower was robbed of his Decanter of Endless water. The hunt is still out for the perpetrator, but so far, the guards have nothing to go on. Guess cleaning will have to happen the old fashioned way!
