Attackers: Siege Equipment

14 (+3): The attackers have completed defensive barriers around their camps on the West (Ecclesian) side of the city, making it much harder to raid or guerilla fight against them. They have also set up camps on the East (Voran) side of the river, though these are not reinforced yet.

The attackers currently have a large number of ladders, ropes and grappling hooks as well as log rams to try and batter down the gate. Attacks by skirmishers at least on the west side are no longer very effective due to attacker defensive perimeters.

Defenders: City Defenses

10 (+1): The city seems to be coming together, and organization of the defenses is improving, though there is lots of work still to be done. Wagons have been set up by the gates with spikes to form kill zones even if the enemy should manage to break down the gate.

The walls are manned and towers equipped with ballista's and catapults. The city has reinforced the gates and has magical protections.

Defenders: Supplies

16 (-3): Pirates and Sahuagin continue to raid the seas, severely limiting sea-based goods. Some ships still manage to slip through but it is difficult and risky and reports of several sunk supply ships haven't help boost the cities morale.

The city is using 6 supply each week and receiving 3 as the land routes on the Eccles side are blocked by the orcs and hobgoblin and Sahuagin pirates cause issues for sea-based shipping, for a net -3 per week.

Bloodport has agreed to send supplies, but it is limited in number of ships, so when it comes, it may be necessary to defend it. Bloodport also agreed to take up some refugees, which may help with the supply situation if they can run the blockade.

Attackers: Hoard Size

130% (+20%): The horde has grown in size after gnolls and ogres managed to break through a valiant effort to chase them off. Worse, the horde has successfully overran Frostville, and take hold of the west side of the city, making it easier for orcs to reinforce the horde through the old forest.

Allies & Advantages

(+1?) Bloodport has promised a contingent of troops to support the defenders, which should have arrived already, but appears to be delayed

(+1?) The Arch Bishop of the Cult of Saint Theris has promised troops from Laudamus. They are expected to arrive in one to two weeks

(-1) A Gnoll pack has arrived to aid the horde, managing to sneak in unmollested
