Askaari should be able to move up in rank by 1 from Junior Officer to Officer in the military ranks thanks to meeting the milestone reaching 9th level. And that it was far past the minimum of 7 weeks holding his last rank. He gained his last rank in January.

So his rank title should move to Officer and his pay should go from 20 gold a week to 30 gold a week.

If possible, after 7 weeks of holding the Officer position. I'd like a DM vote to see if he can get the one time -> Being granted a special promotion by DM fiat for his leadership, ideas, politiking, and combat prowess during the Siege.

So that he would be going from Officer to Field Officer. His pay raising to 40 gold a week.
