With a note added to his notes section that say-
-He is able to walk across snow at his normal speed, leaving no tracks.
-The boots enable him to travel at normal speed across the most slippery ice (horizontal surfaces only) without falling or slipping.
-He is affected as if he had a permanent Endure Elements spell cast.
