Lobno is a city in the north-east of White Halta. A large industrial production centre during the revolutionary times, the city has been slowly shrinking after the factories were abandoned for more economically favourable locations.

Lobno is the base of operations of the Mangomatics Circle, a group of three Solars: Cristopher "Sarge" McKee, Eddie "Hack" Hurst, and Helena "Wrench" Gomez. The city is also the home of Liliya Moroskhina.
