A short talk with him will usually put you into contact with a compatible recruiter or someone interested in career opportunities. He works for the Admins in the official capacity of a talent scout, but as his main source of income he uses the majority of the favours collected this way to collect and redistribute the life stories of his more successful contacts. In the process of doing this he notices some small incongruities in the way reality works, especially when Dragon-Blooded are involved. With his interests already piqued in this way he has some good long talks with Leonardo. It turns out Austin is willing to pay quite a few favours in exchange for knowledge about how the world really works.
