The Axe

Deep in the darkest allies and warehouses, where the most grotesque crimes happen, there is legend of a man who criminals fear, a dark figure brandishing an axe that glows red hot at all times. Few have made it through an encounter with him to tell of the brutality that he bestows on those who hurt the innocent.
