You siphon energy from an external source to regain used spell slots and uses per day, as if you had undergone reinscription.

You must touch and focus on the energy source for one minute, drawing power from the source and towards yourself. If the energy source is managed by an entity, it may make a fortitude save to resist the effect, or it can disrupt your concentration as normal.

When successfully cast, you immediately regain either one spell slot at any level, or one daily use of a power that normally resets at reinscription.
