Precommitted channels are not available for normal commitment. For each channel so precommitted you create a physical ectoplasmic token as a representation of the channel, often a thick 3-inch ring, but the shape is influenced by your core principle. You can hand these tokens to others. Anyone can then use the token to commit your precommitted energy channels to an object by touching the object with the token, which consumes the token. Dismissing this spell dissolves any tokens and releases any precommitted channels as if they were never committed, but does not decommit already committed channels.
