Saving Throw Will negates (harmless); Spell Resistance yes (harmless)

Upon casting this spell, you target a living creature with inscriptions that has –1 or fewer hit points, directing some of your energy into that allies inscriptions. That ally is automatically stabilized and does not lose any further hit points. If the ally later takes damage, it continues dying normally.

After being stabilized, if the creature has a Recovery Buffer, and it is empty, they gains one hitpoint to their recovery buffer.

This power can grant only one hitpoint into the recovery buffer, no matter how many times it is used.
