Religious council related to the Clairmont Uprising
A religious counsel created by Wendele Selu Helevorn-Sedis to answer the question if non-nobles (like the former Lord Emperor of Clairmont, see Clairmont Uprising) are allowed to rule over nobles and judge about the position of the nobility within the church.
It was also used to justify the crusade against the Theocracy around the same time.
The eventual decision of the council was interrupted by interferance of the Gods
