Taikan is an empire on Tampera, due to the large height differences in Tampera it has excellent mining. The royal family owns several mithral mines.
The capital sits on a mountain top, it has many temples to Beliria, including a monastery and cathedral.
The military decides who can use Rocs, it also uses Giant Eagles, and the empire has a supply of Giant Eagle eggs it can sell.
