Differences on Union Library

Differences between by and the current version
A huge library on [[Union]] with books on almost every subject. The library's collection of books on religion and psionics is legendary. The library consists of a central area and 12 sections surrounding it, which are still partially under construction. ==== Central Area ==== The central area consists of a large hall with an information desk where a douzen or so people answer questions. There is a separate area where information can be copied and there is a ring gate hub to allow books to be passed through between the different sections and be sorted properly. Membership and fees can be handled here and there are several large monument, though there is a large area left open said to be reserved to house the tree of knowledge at one point. Whether such a tree even exists is a matter that is often debated there. ==== Sections ==== The library has 12 sections surrounding it, each comparable to multiple majestic libraries, its own courtyard and a museum to display various pieces related to the subject of each section. Sections have their own with their own librarians, artificial light and and ring gates used conveniently organize the flow of books. The sections each cover a single topic: * Arcana * Architecture and Engineering * Dungeoneering * Geography * History * Local * Nature * Nobility & Royalty * Psionics * Religion * The Planes * Other Note that many of the sections are still under construction. ==== Libram of all Knowledge ==== The union library houses the Libram of all knowledge, an artifact originally made by [[Libraziera]]. The book can give the answer to any question, as long as you make the right sacrifice. The artifact can be accessed for a small gold fee, driving traffic to [[Union]]. ==== "University" ==== Having such a large collection of books, the Union Library also unofficially fulfills the role of a university, with experts from various fields being present to find information and share it with others. At this time, there are no official classes, but unofficial gatherings by interested parties are a regular thing and many of those who 'teach' ask a fee for the privilege, passing some of that fee along as 'rent' for the area used.
