Attunement 25

This tube, with a length of a few meters and a diameter of about half a meter, is chisseled out of sandstone. The tube is inlaid with strips of Jade in the five colours, one for each element. This artifact requires the attunement of five different persons, each of those persons representing a single element.

Each of the five beings attuning to the Pan-Elemental Rebalancing Engine should commit 5 motes.
