Izumi is a small woman with blonde hair and an air of authority around her. She is attuned to her residence the Tower Manse and resides there.

After sending the Wyld Hunt after the circle (with due provocation), she helped them get rid of the hunt again in exchange for cooperation with regards to the Citadel.
