Echo Transmitters are small oval artifacts, though cut in half. It is hollow on the inside and made from blue jade. On the outside a pattern of yellow jade is inlaid to enable mortal use of the artifacts. A small crystal panel is created on the edge where some matter of controls can be used.

By spending 5 motes or a single point of willpower the user can speak a message, no longer than five minutes, which is then sent to any number of echo transmitters in the same network. The control display can be used to select which echo transmitters receive the message. If an echo transmitter is unattended the message will be stored until someone picks up the echo transmitter to hear the message.
