Ruya al-Qureshi is the daughter of [[Rivana al-Qureshi]] and [[Anji al-Qureshi]]. She is quick-witted, and handles herself well under stress. She married [[Keryan]] when she was 14, both to cement the merging of [[igani]] and [[sayati]], and to appease [[rivana al-qureshi]] for earlier actions during the war.
