The base of operations for the [[Obsidian Hands pirates]]. Two huge hands have been carved out of a rock wall and have been covered in obsidian, and in between them is a large imperial style tea-house. Many patrons come here to deal and trade with the pirate crew, and it is one of three important centers of commerce within the pirate city of [[Black Siaka Cove]].
