This elemental court is led by Lord Riku, a lesser elemental dragon. In the distant past, this court was led by Duras. The court itself sees visit from all kinds of elementals. Of special note is the high number of water elementals that frequent the court, sometimes bringing an oasis goddess along.
The court itself is enormous, and allows for large gatherings of elementals. The entrance to the court is about two hundred miles to the south of al-Naqtah.
By the authority of Lord Riku the court entered into a Cselenyne Pact with the hierarchy as of 771, 12 Ascending Water. This pact was partly formed due to the commitment of azizah, kanbei, becna and fera to look into the 'death crawler' problem.
