Fourth-in-command of the Obsidian Hands pirates. Medros Slitneck is the only mortal commander in the pirate crew, but his experience more than makes up the lack of supernatural powers.

Medros was the commander who introduced the party in the Black Hand, in a move to gain some fame and influence. This worked well for both him and the party.

His ship is the Murderer's Wind, a ship that has seen quite some damage in combat in the past, but still sails.
