Table of Contents

Tam is a 16-year old girl interested in all types of music and most electronic devices.

She almost always goes around with a pair of headphones; and is usually doing things on some kind of computer, be it her workstation, her phone, or some computerized machine or utility she just so happens to be nearby.

Her taste in music ranges from classical to experimental electronics, and she is always up for listening to new things.

Appearance & Outfits

Tam is 1 meter 64, with waist-long hair. She is clearly fit—the type of athletic fitness that one gets from endurance and movement, instead of strength exercises.

Casual Outfit

Tam prefers a comfortable hoodie with large pockets, jeans, and sneakers. She almost always wears cordless headphones.

Idol Outfit

As an Idol, she wears "casual urban" outfits, with a mini skirt, overknee socks, a belt with original Sony walkman connecting to very visible large headphones via a decorated cable, and custom-made heels with velcro release or American sneakers (so she can easily put on her rollerblades).

She favours whites and blue-purple colours, but isn't afraid to pick something different that matches the urban style she goes for.

Hero Outfit

Icicle wears a skin-tight suit, and an AR/VR visor to mask most of her eyes and top half of her face. Over her suit, she wears shoulder, elbow and knee pads seemingly made out of ice.

Her Visor integrates with her mobile phone by virtue of her Hacker Fingers ability, allowing her to overlay map, route, and GPS positioning information while she is on the move.

To transform from Tam into Icile, she performs a short traditional korean dance, using the outfit wand as a prop.

Background

Tam's parents died in a car crash when she was three, and she was raised by her grandmother. At her grandmother's house she learned traditional Korean dances in several styles.

She is banned from the Korean banking system due to "the incident" when she was 15.
