The north wing of the Jedi Temple is the northern extension of the Central Ziggurat and contains the temples support facilities, including storage, a basic technical workshop (which doubles as lightsaber workshop) and a simple med bay. It also houses the kitchens and pantry / refrigeration units where the food is stored.
