You can construct new lightsabers, and know how to make base parts for new lightsabers. Additionally, you can support a Lightsaber Workshop for the Jedi Order, which includes making sure that the workshop is stocked with repair parts, that the tools are maintained, and to instruct other Jedi in the proper use of these tools.
