Candis is an information broker and mediator in New York City, working mostly for the Italian-American mafia. She tries to remain a neutral party though, and is usually a welcome face for many criminal organisations. When organizations are at peace, but their members get into personal fights, Candis is often asked to get them into the same room and talk it out.

Her connections also put her in a position where she can help people get in touch. For the right price, she gladly connects the right people to the right job opportunities in the New York criminal circuit. In general she tries not to sell negative information, as to not make any real enemies, but if someone tries to make an enemy out of her instead she usually has some dirt she can divulge.

Candis has no default place of operation. Rather, she is someone who is usually invited somewhere to talk business, or she invites herself if she believes something needs to happen. She works alone and usually requires her clients to offer the right amount of protection in situations where it's needed.
