The thin-blooded, those without a distinctive bloodline
Caitiff is a term used in two ways: it is applied to any Kindred that does not have a clear bloodline, which usually means they themselves do not know it simply because they do not who their Sire is, or they were never told. The second use is to indicate the lack of distinct bloodline qualities on a more profound level. These kindred have no bloodline weaknesses, but no strengths either, they are “thin blooded”.
