Bishop[[Bishop]] Avedis Tibor is one of the original members of the [[Sabbat]]. Even though there are others with more influence than he has, his reputation is well-known even in [[Camarilla]] circles. He has a reputation for uncompromising efficiency and has a, for most Sabbat members uncharacteristic, penchant for forgiveness in that he does not hold grudges. He is rumored to have connections within the Black Hand.
