Mai Xijing is the owner of [[Mai's Remedies]] in [[Manhattan]]'s chinatown. She is called "Ancient Mai" by [[Preecha Klahananong]]. It is not exactly known why, though it is clear that the two women are apt at shouting and hurling insults at each other.
