Located at 28th and 1st this chantry maskerades as the haven of [[isaac_franklin]]. While most of the complex functions as a traditional tremere chantry, some rooms are set aside for meetings and similar public functions. This allows members to enter the building as normal visitors before being subjected to the security procedures expected when someone tries to enter a chantry. It comes with a sizable -for New York- garden that is used as a herbitage. Beyond this the chantry mainly studies ~~fair-folk~~ fairy tales and international diplomacy.
