Emanuella Carita works for Cierra Enestine, and acts as her proxy during board meetings. While she is known by name to most in the community, she keeps to herself, does not come to Elysium, and is known to never have been captured on photo.

Some speculate that she might be Enestine's childer, possibly created without permission, others speculate that she is utterly enthralled by Enestine, and cares for little beyond her mistress' whims.
