Lindsey is a woman who appears to be 27 years old. She has a relatively small build and is only 160 cms tall. She usually wears biker clothing: black leather pants and jacket, a T-shirt of some sort and boots with heels to seem taller.

She married on August 8th 1971 To James 'Jim' Barnes, Jim 'died' on July 27th 1972 in Vietnam after being drafted two months after their marriage. He was declared missing in action and presumed dead, but no body was found after the area where he was shot was napalm bombed.

When her husband was drafted, she took over some of his work in the garage they worked at. She discovered she enjoyed repairing motor-vehicles, and the mechanics there found it funny to have a small woman who was so excited about the job, so they taught her everything about repairing and rebuilding cars, motorcycles and even trucks.

After the death of her husband, she was forced to make ends meet herself and encountered many frustrating things in terms of sexism and inequality. Through this, she got in touch with feminism and started the 'fight' against inequality. During a rally, she met her future Sire Victoria, an early member of the Womens Suffrage movement.

She became a vampire when she didn't want to give up on making the world a better place, her hope being that at some point, people will not be surprised to see her in a garage / workplace asking what is wrong with a vehicle.
