The 69th Regiment Armory is a neutral Elysium site in Manhattan. The armory is normally a Masquerade-friendly Elysium, meaning that the Masquerade is to be observed on Elysium grounds. For certain special occasions, such as the celebrations at the end of both World Wars among others, the Keeper of Elysium has declared that the Masquerade can be relaxed for the evening.

Contrary to most Elysia, the 69th Regiment Armory is true neutral ground due to the influence of The Mascotte. Both Camarilla and Sabbat kindred are welcome, and the rules of Elysium apply to everyone equally.

Over the years the armory has been the site of many cultural and sport-related events. Regardless of these events the Keeper of Elysium has always been able to ensure that all Kindred can enter, even if the event itself is an "invite only" or private event. Thereby giving the kindred of New York unprecedented access to cultural and sports events hosted in the Armory.

The current keeper of elysium is Nicolette Daumier, the fifth keeper of elysium declared as such.
