The School of American Ballet is the second best ballet school in the world and it is right next door! I got an application form (Session 11) and managed to secure an audition (Session 12). The audition was a success, but there was a money question and I had to dump emotions on Tamara. Luckily the Prince came through and resolved the matter.

Someone destroyed my ballet outfit though... (Session 13). I think it might have been the Prince, and Tamara was kind enough to give me a hug when I needed it. (Session 14)

I bought a proper uniform to train and have my first lessons at the School of American Ballet (Session 15). After many hours of practice, I asked about an audition for a role, but the teacher said wasn't good enough yet (Session 25), but eventually she complimented me so I figured I had the basics down (Session 33)

Fitting in (( Ballet Fashion ))

Apparently there are a special type of sock I need to have if I want to have any form of social interaction at the School of American Ballet (Session 16). I finally knitted some myself, after Isaac was kind enough to help me with materials (Session 17)

Things did not last long, however, as leg warmers are now "out", and I need a Scrunchie (Session 26). Luckily, I managed to get one just in time to maintain my social standing. The store that had them is the weirdest place... (Session 27)

Befriend Gabriella Lucchese

I visited the house of Gabriella Lucchese, one of my fellow ballet students. Apparently her family knows the Giovanni, and Mr. Worthington forbids her from visiting me, much to my sadness (Session 29). After almost being killed in a security failure though, he has no choice but to accept her visits. She's a close friend of mine now, though there may be some questions I can't answer (Session 32) and a few misunderstandings between us (Session 33)

Scrunchies are out, and leg warmers are back, but I'm not quite sure what the new fashion will be... (Session 38) I bought some new leg warmers hoping Gabriella would like them (Session 46) and she did! (Session 47)

Fluffy Feelings

Fluffy legwarmers are the latest rage at the School of American Ballet and I have to have them, like, right now (Session 94). Fortunately, I was able to buy some - New York has it all - and I am once again fully accepted in my class (Session 95)!

Next task is to settle with Christine. She was visiting the Prince and we talked about sharing the School of American Ballet. I'm sure we can come to a fair arrangement (Session 98). I offered Christine to hold the School of American Ballet as her territory if she'd still let me dance there and would help me find a place for Jacqueline Eslinger. She offered to help, but she's willing to share regardless, so that's really nice of her (Session 99)! Christine and me talked about sharing and agreed to an arrangement. I'll be working with her to organize a fundraiser gala! (Session 104)

One of the girls in my ballet class has a rich new boyfriend! So exciting! (Session 108) The class are some wonderful people, and they gave me support when I was sad, which really helped me feel a bit better (Session 109). I later found out the girl with the rich new boyfriend seemed to be having some relation issues (Session 111). She was still sad later on in the week, and Gabriella had her own issues with her father as well (Session 112). The bulk of the problem seemed to have been solved eventually though (Session 117).

Dance Skills

The teacher at the School of American Ballet warned that there will be a big test the 30th, in preparation of the summer break. Other girls will likely go to have intensives during summer, which as a Kindred, I won't be able to do (Session 142). We had a grueling training session, but I finally managed to pass! Next year, I will need a new uniform and should expect to be going through a lot more point shoes (Session 143).

While in the Hedge, I learned Lindsey doesn't know how to dance, and moreover, Dwayne fell during the maypole dance (Session 144). Lindsey and I agree we should arrange some dance lessons some day soon (Session 145) and I gave some basic lessons though she'll still need to do some studies on it (Session 146).

I also invited Dwayne and Carol to join the Ballroom dance lessons (Session 147). Since Emily was unable to arrange the trainer I had in mind, I asked Isaac and he agreed to give lessons! (Session 151) We set a date for next Friday and Ravenna and Borislav are also joining. I'm a tad nervous about him (Session 152).

The dance lessons are going well and I quickly picked up on the old ballroom dances again (Session 154). After some interruptions, I have to catch up on teaching, but lessons are going well (Session 160).

We got a chance to get some additional practice dancing at Elysium and it went really well (Session 162). After some continued practice and lessons, I think we have done a very decent job (Session 166)!
