Marcus Magic
Marcus came to Elysium with strange runes on his forehead. How on earth did that happen!? (Session 115)
Yoga Demo
I've not been to Yoga in a while due to circumstances, but I should return soon as the Prince wants a demo of my skills soon (Session 113)! When I returned to Yoga class I met some new ladies who worked out there, all fashion models, so I decided I'll need a new outfit (Session 116). I finally picked one up in a cute little store in the garment district (Session 117). Even so, I ran into an unfortunate situation as Emily didn't give me the money for my Yoga lesson (Session 120).
Picking up the Pieces
Tamara destroyed a large number of my outfits! Some might be salvagable, bit it is a mess... (Session 112) Marcus heard about the trouble and offered to throw some shade on Tamara by associating her with the Sabbat, but I felt that went too far (Session 113). I've started work on repairing what can be saved, though some of them are a lost cause (Session 114). I continued to work on them, but I think I need some help, which eventually led me to find an expert seamstress to give me some lessons in the evening (Session 120).
Italian Business Matters
Lindsey asked me for help talking to the Giovanni, so Lucretia and I chatted for hours and in the end Don Carlo agreed to Lindseys plan (Session 110). Reaper indicated she wanted to talk to me soon (Session 113). Turned out that the Don had allowed something to happen in Chinatown and now the Prince was revoking his territory. Oops! (Session 114) I spoke with Lucrezia at Elysium and she said that I might be able to make up for my error later (Session 120)
New People
According to rumours, Nicolas is bringing someone new into the city. They are supposedly from Africa. I went shopping for an outfit for the ceremony of their arrival with Lindsey and Tamara. On the day itself, we discovered another person will be arriving and they might even be a clanless! (Session 102) We witnessed their introduction to the Prince, and I must say that the Traveler - not clanless - named Aruna made a much better impression than Wotan the Toreador. He even pulled me into a date (Session 103)! Afterwards we did not have much contact, so I reached out to Wotan and Aruna to check up on them. We agreed to meet at the next Elysium (Session 114).
Aruna told me a relative of his had died. Turned out I met his relative at an Elysium some time ago - some Hindu priest I convinced Kindred weren't real. Turned out he died soon after! (Session 116). I spoke to the Keeper about it, but she casted some doubt on Aruna's story and told me I'd best leave it alone (Session 120).
Fundraiser Gala
Christine and I agreed we'd organize a fundraiser gala for the School of American Ballet (Session 104)! At ballet class, I heard rumours someone else may be organizing a similar event with a performance (Session 106) but I soon learned that Christine was the one who spread word in preparation of the event. I best get started, I suppose (Session 107)! I discussed the gala at the Rotary, as a sort of pre-announcement (Session 109), and spoke with the person in charge at the School of American Ballet. They want me to bring my guardian - fortunately, the prince agreed (Session 110). I held a brainstorm session with Carol and Tamara about the Gala (Session 111) and working out ideas (Session 112).
The prince finally came with me to the School of American Ballet and got them to agree to the event! (Session 113) Gabriella agreed to help and I'm very popular with the girls now that I'm involved (Session 114), but I really need to pick the right ballet (Session 115) - we eventually decided on the Firebird, which has 13 princesses in it (Session 116).
To arrange a location, I visited the Met with Lindsey, but we failed to even get an audience with the director. I might have an in via my friends at the Rotary though (Session 117).
Peter Ingolf
A man named Peter Ingolf is in town. I don't know who he is, but Tamara may have offended him somehow, and she's scared, so he is probably dangerous! (Session 105)! Mr. Worthinton was... oddly polite when Peter Ingolf came by the Empire State Building though Carol was mostly very curious. The Prince doesn't like Peter Ingolf at all though, nor does the Baron of Brooklyn... I managed to calm the prince down and let her vent a bit on the chessboard. Peter Ingols visit may be related to a meeting in New York by the United Nations, regarding the fall of the Soviet Union... (Session 106). At Elysium, I had to speak to him for Ravenna as a favour, who also warned me that where Mr. Ingolf went, Vampire Hunters might follow. When I spoke to him, I asked how things were in Boston on behalf of Ravenna, though Mr. Ingolf did not let anything slip. He did confirm he was here for the UN summit, to discuss airplane security <MAY NEED TO BE SPLIT> (Session 107). Peter Ingolf was at the Empire State Building again, though I managed to avoid him. He spoke for a very long time with Mr. Worthington (Session 108). The Primogen came together again to discuss current events (Session 113) and when I learned he'd visit Elysium (Session 115) I decided to chat with him. He asked about the household and then dismissed me quite rudely (Session 116).
While shopping for the UN summit with Tamara, I encountered Mr. Ingolf again, he was shopping with some unknown woman, though we only exchanged the briefest of pleasantries (Session 117). I tried - and failed - to get more information from the store later (Session 118) though when we met again at the UN summit, I was able to find out the woman's name is Sandra Schröder, a high ranking Tremere. Peter Ingolf was kind enough to help me with a problem at the summit, and I gave him and his girl a deferential courtesey at the Elysium following later that night (Session 119).
Setites Again
As agreed, Nicolas headed to the Setites at the deadline to apologize, but it turned out they had stolen Jacqueline now! Obviously he didn't apologize and I might now be in their debt (Session 106)! I asked Ravenna to talk to the Setites and figure out what was going on, though I had to leave Elysium before getting an answer (Session 107). I learned more at Elysium, but Kensa and Hezra also made sure I would have to visit the Golden Asp soon about that favour... (Session 115) At open Elysium, I arranged for Dwayne to take me there once again next Thursday (Session 119). When we went there, I explained my issues and the Setites were kind enough to give me some time. While there, I also noticed that Jacqueline was happy in her new role - she bought a lease with a view even (Session 121)!
Victoria's Secret Show
Kimberly Parson asked me to find some tickets to a secret fashion show in exchange for helping me arrange the Met for the Fundraiser Gala, so of course I'm on the case (Session 117). I spoke with the models at my Yoga class who knew who I might get tickets from and Cierra was kind enough to help me get four tickets - two for Kimberly and two for me (Session 120).
Fair Diplomacy
Cierra asked my help to try and get in touch with some of the Fey in Central Park. Naturally I agreed (Session 117). To get in touch, I will act in the LARP-play again as Princess Luïne though I will make mine and Lindseys costumes myself this time (Session 120). Despite having no time to spare, and some interferance from Tamara, I did manage to finish the costumes. We travelled to Central Park where I became Princess Luïne, leading a diplomatic mission and negotiating a truce between robbing rebels and a duke who asked to dance with me (Session 121). After visiting a baron, we were taken into the realm of the fairies and met Tamlin who kindly allowed us to visit the court of the Nightmare Queen, where we met various important fey (Session 122).
Japanese Guests
Cierra asked my help to host one of her Japanese guests. Naturally I agreed (Session 117).
Other Woman
I met Sandra Schröder, an important Tremere figure (Session 119). As it turns out, this woman used to be involved with the Prince, much to Tamara and my own chagrin (Session 120).
Bloody Ballet
I took some time besides ballet class to get closer with the other dancers (Session 120).
Chapter 1: The New World
Travel to New York
I found a way to enter New York City by ship. The Giovanni graciously received me and guided me to the Prince (Session 1)
Hospitality of the Prince
I was presented to the Prince of New York, and was able to receive her Hospitality after a successful presentation. I also met some other recent arrivals, Dwayne "DMZ" Thompson, Isaac Franklin and Kevin White (Session 1)
Get my luggage
Though I don't own all that much, I did come with some luggage, which got left behind with the Giovanni. They were kind enough to return my luggage, as well as the other crate to be delivered to the Empire State Building (Session 3)
Establish a herd
I went with the Prince to the local Rotary Club where she made me a member. After some confusion regarding fasting (Session 5), I managed to establish a herd here (Session 6)
Agency
I wore a golden cord to Elysium (Session 8) and made contact, establishing proper communication soon after (Session 12)
Helping out
My presence in the Empire State Building was disturbing to the staff so I made an effort to prevent future transgressions (Session 9) and helped out with some chores so Mr. Worthington and Julia know I won't be any trouble (Session 10).
This is bullshit
While being introduced, the Brujah primogen burst in to complain about missing Brujah members. (Session 1). I was sent with the other new arrivals to investigate so best not disappoint the Prince. We visited a shop and a very strange church, and learned they disappeared in Toreador Territory (Session 2). We found some clues (Session 5) and with the help of Levi Wise and Markus Gottschalk we discovered it was related to a military aircraft plan being stolen and a Brujah rivalry. (Session 6). We wrote a report which was presented in front of all the Primogen (Session 7)
Chapter 2: Taking Root
Expand the Herd
I needed more herd at the Rotary, but the Prince seemed to have some reputation problems which affected my ability to do so (Session 11), apparently because she was not very charitable. Luckily the Prince didn't mind if I did some work to fix that (Session 12). After clearing up the misunderstanding, I made some new friends at the Rotary (Session 19) allowing me to eventually expand my Herd (Session 21)
Retainer
Julia suggested I should get an assistant to help me (Session 12). She eventually arranged someone to help me out with daily needs. Emily Preston seems to be a lot smarter and more organized than myself, so I'm very grateful! (Session 21)
Charity Event
To convince people the Prince was indeed charitable, I organized a charity event, though it didn't really get off the ground until Kevin and Dwayne finally agreed to help (Session 16). With their help, we invited loads of important people and raised $ 1.300.000 for charity, while resolving the Princes reputation problem (Session 18)
Nothing to wear
Society requires wearing a different gown to events, and I've been scraping by. Badly. I completely ran out of outfits and having no way to replenish them just won't do (Session 18). Cierra gave me a gown (Session 19), and Lindsey got me one as well (Session 34). Finally, after my performance of Kitri where I had to make my own outfit, the Prince kindly gave me my own clothing budget (Session 37).
Painting Drama
As a new arrival who lived with the Prince, I was asked to pose for a painting in the Toreador gallery (Session 20), and we set a date for it (Session 26). When I went there however, there was some drama over others who also wanted to be in the gallery. I sacrificed having myself painted to avoid hurting anyone's feelings (Session 27)
Amphora Retrieval
Knowing I speak Italian, Kevin White asked me to talk to an Italian professor to make arrangements to receive a haunted Amphora (Session 13). We went to a museum in Central Park to retrieve it so the masquerade is maintained, but it became a bit terrifying when men with guns came in! I fled in fear, but Kevin calmed me down and the others managed to complete the mission (Session 15)
Airport matters
On behalf of the Camarilla, we were asked to convince someone regarding an airport job. There was some confusion about gender roles (Session 25). I talked to some influential people at the Rotary, to find out who was allowed to decide, and eventually we figured out who to talk to, and arranged a meeting. The meeting was reasonably successful (Session 26), and we finally confirmed our success in the end (Session 28)
Amphora Again
Something further special is going on with the Amphora, so we investigated at the right mystical conjunction (or something), and the ghost took possession of me to speak! The others made some sort of deal which set the ghost free (Session 32)
Chapter 3: The Sabbat
A different Great War
There is a war going on with the Sabbat and it is more active than it appeared (Session 28), so I arranged a nurse outfit so that I can take care of the injured that will no doubt come in eventually. Best to be prepared (Session 29)
Walking with the Enemy
At open Elysium, it turns out, the Sabbat attend. And I perhaps talk a little too much for my own good. In my defence, I didn't realize who they were, though they seem to know more about me than they are saying (Session 30)
Attempt on my life!
While I attended Church, ruffians attacked me and tried to kill me, and I fled in terror. They were probably Sabbat operatives as I may have said a little bit too much at Elysium (Session 30). I tried to find my way back home once I calmed down, but I was hopelessly lost. Finally, Isaac was able to save me and take me home. It was quite a fuss in the community and the Prince was very angry about security, and concerned about me! (Session 31)
Historic Tiara
The auction house was selling a historic tiara which I just -had- to have. Cierra really came through for me. (Session 38)
Kidnapped
Gabriella and myself got kidnapped! (Session 39) Lindsey, Dwayne and Isaac rescued me (Session 40), (Session 41), (Session 42)
Chapter 4: Egypt
Amon will live
I had nightmares about "Amon" who will apparently live (Session 32). I dreamt of the desert and dancing and this strange message again later on (Session 33). I wonder what it means. I next dreamed about being on a beach, with ancient soldiers drinking blood from a bowl at a kindred party. I fled after a severed head was tossed into the party (Session 43). In Egypt, I was approached by a Shadow which said something in a language I did not understand but it mentioned Amon living... (Session 51) While visiting the Temple of Karnak, I had a vision about something that happened there (Session 54). We discussed some parts of it with Advisor Harwa, but his offer of help wasn't very helpful (Session 55). I told Merti and Amenia about my vision (Session 56). I completed my visions to Prince Menkheperre and Amenia who gave me a statue of Amon. What will become of this remains to be seen (Session 59).
Convince the Prince
Marcus Gottschalk gave me the Gladius for Dwayne and use of his plane, but I owe him a big favour and I need to arrange for the Prince to agree to part of his plan. Also, the Prince needs to approve my trip (Session 45). The Prince would agree if I could convince Levi Wise. Levi Wise agreed once I agreed to do him a favour and the Prince honoured the deal. She also gave me permission to go to Egypt! (Session 46).
Escalating outfits
Nehbet arranged for us to meet a woman, Senepset as we'd learn later, to help us get clothes to wear in Egypt (Session 45). After meeting her in Cairo she took us to a women-only shopping center, where a complete disaster with an automatic staircase ripped my debutante gown (Session 48). Fortunately, the store - and various others - were able to provide me with a whole set of new outfits for my visit to Egypt (Session 49).
Cairo and Modern Egypt
We arrived in Cairo, and were taught the protocols to meet the Sultan (Session 47). Our presentation to the Sultan went well and we are allowed to stay in Cairo (Session 48), and I found a place to stay with the Keeper of Elysium for Cairo, Tayyib Masur. The Elysium in Cairo was actually the perfect place to gather information we need for the rest of our trip. I helped the wife of the keeper, Hala al-Nasira, find blood-dolls for the event (Session 49). I then attended the Elysium and found some contacts of Senepset there (Session 50) and gossiped and fed. The Elysium came to an end successfully (Session 51). After seeing the sights and preparing, we finally left Cairo to head to Luxor (Session 53).
Luxor and Ancient Egypt
The Prince of Luxor, we hear, honours Egyptian traditions and we ought to dress in the appropriate style (Session 49). We travelled to Luxor with a plan and I may have overacted a bit to try to get us a place to stay in the palace. I angered Princess Menti and now I'm stuck sleeping on the foot end of her bed... (Session 53). I've settled into the household of the prince reasonably well now though (Session 54). The prince was kind enough to get me some new outfits (Session 56), but I may have gotten a tad overconfident as Sitamun tried to serve me up to the Prince (Session 57). The Prince was kind enough not to harm me and instead made me pretend to be his first wife, much to the chagrin of Merti and Sitamun, who waited for an opportunity and attacked me in the baths, only to be punished by Amenia who protected me. I did get hurt though (Session 58). Feeling sorry for them, I freed Merti and she immediately attacked, feeding deeply upon me and tying me to the ceiling. Sitamun and her were sent to the dungeons by Amenia and the Prince kindly had some extra blood provided for me. We've left Luxor now, but I'll have to write Merti later, I'm sure she didn't mean that badly. (Session 59)
Lands of Israel
On behalf of Levi Wise, I need to visit Israel and do a favour there (Session 46). We finally landed in Tel-Aviv and found a place to stay, including a presentation to the Prince. My relationship to my Sire did not go over well, but we were allowed to stay and I spoke to an engineer to attempt to fulfill the favour I owe. I did have some issues with blood so now I owe a new favour to Dahlia Moore who is in charge of the Blood Dolls (Session 62). Though it delayed our departure some, I did fulfill my favour to her by modelling some scandalous dresses on a 'cat-walk'. I think I did alright, and Elijah seems to be happy! (Session 63)
Worldwide Etiquette
I brushed up on my etiquette especially internationally - hopefully this will help in Egypt (Session 47). At the Pyramids, a guide helped me with some insight about Egyptian court customs (Session 51). I got to use my new skills too though as we need somewhere to stay in Abu Simbel, and through Hala I managed to arrange the address of Sir Blakely, a British gentleman of clan Ventrue who may provide hospitality (Session 52). I also got to use them when I was sent to visit Faysal by Prince Menkheperre, as Faysal had offended the Prince by not wanting to share his wife! (Session 55) After leaving Luxor, Sir Blakely received us and kindly provided me with an opportunity to buy a débutante gown with his friend Elize before he presented us to the Prince of Abu Simbel, and I got to practice my social skills there with them (Session 59). With a lot of effort, I managed to use those skills to leave a good impression in Tel Aviv in the end (Session 63).
Go to Egypt for Cierra
Cierra wants us to go to Egypt to pick something up for her. (Session 44) I arranged air transport via Markus Gottschalk and managed to get some introductions arranged working with Dwayne via Nehbet (Session 45). We finally flew to Egypt and arrived in Cairo (Session 47). After a brief stay we continued to Luxor where we met Faysal, a reasonable man who arranged for some contacts for us in Sharm El Sheikh where would have to go to pick up our package (Session 55). After a detour past Abu Simbel and Alexandria to see the sites, we travelled to Sharm El Sheikh to pick up our package, and we were presented to the Prince there (Session 60). The package consists of ancient palimpsest scrolls. We managed to extract them from an intimidating room in Mount Sinai (Session 61) and out of the country (Session 62). After a brief detour to Tel-Aviv, we finally arrived in New York and handed over the chest with palimpsest scrolls to Cierra (Session 63). I sent a letter of thanks to Mr. Gottschalk as he wouldn't receive me for some reason (Session 64).
Chapter 5: Storm of Conflict
Discrimination
Lindsey apparently has a thing against Nazi's and she's very vengeful about it. She said additional mean things to me, which really hurt my feelings (Session 62). I went to thank Mr. Gottschalk for loaning his plane and he was very angry for some reason, maybe Lindsey angered him somehow. I also tried to arrange an Elysium to bring everyone closer together, but Carol effectively said no... (Session 64). Dwayne and I tried to talk about culture, but were interrupted. Later at Elysium Marcus Gottschalk and I managed to get things figured out - some Jews put listening equipment on his plane, but he realized it wasn't my fault, luckily (Session 65). Dwayne finally took me to a Black Jazz-Club and we danced, I think we're getting a better understanding of each other (Session 66). I tried to give the cold shoulder to Lindsey, but she seems entirely clueless - she probably doesn't care about me at all (Session 67). I did it again at the Elysium. Maybe she'll get the message now (Session 68) Lindsey finally seems to have gotten the message at the next Elysium - she doesn't even care (Session 72)! Lindsey eventually apologized, but by then I was possessed by a demon, so I suppose whatever happened matters little for now (Session 74)
Scary Stuff
Something scary is going on in New York and I hid with Carol and Tamara. I have no idea what's going on (Session 64), but it is apparently some sort of attack on Mr. Woods. Another attack led bloody people into Carols masquerade event, it was quite scary! The Primogen were called in by the Prince to discuss the attacks (Session 69). Some Sabbat showed at Elysium, but I told them off (Session 72)!
First Aid
With the war heating up I had my first chance to help out and tended to Mr. Woods as a nurse - he seemed pretty hurt, though he was a lot better at the Elysium (Session 65). I decided to get a -proper- nurse outfit to help out. Tamara helped me look at modern outfits and I decided to make one myself (Session 69). I bought the necessary materials and got to work (Session 70). Incidentally I was able to help some wounded folks at the Crossroad Sanctuary too, and I donated the outfit I made there (Session 73).
Check in on Reverend Jonah
The Prince asked me to check in on Reverend Jonah. I went to visit and heard strange noises and the Reverend said he didn't need my help... (Session 69). I reported my findings but maybe I can find out more (Session 71). I checked in with the Reverend again with the aid of Markus - turns out there is a werewolf there. I informed the Prince of course (Session 73)!
Storm
A storm is raging through New York and I've been restricted from visiting the church (Session 70). Ballet lessons were hard to get to as well as the storm continues (Session 71) After some time, the storm finally died down, I hope everyone is okay (Session 74)
Chapter 6: Demonic Possession
Demonic Possession
While visiting Cierra to discuss the Palimpsest, a demon which previously inhabited a scientist took possession. I didn't notice at first as it seemed as if I was just experiencing nightmares (Session 74). The Demon caused all sorts of trouble, first going after Christine Metz (Session 79), but the main goal of the Palimpsest was not forgotten and it took copies made by a scribe (Session 82). The demon got Tamara kicked out of the Empire State Building to have the Prince all to herself (Session 83) wrapping her all around her finger, but others were on to it, and finally got it exorcised. I got seriously hurt in the process but at least its over now (Session 84).
Destroy the Palimpsest
The palimpsest found is a relic and has actual writings from Saint Catherine! (Session 69) A scientist looked for way to spare the relic but he was unable to find it, so the proposal is to destroy them. He said he'd give me a private explanation of the procedure, but in reality, the demon inside him took possession of me (Session 74). Cierra hired a scribe to copy the Palimpsest (Session 80) which the demon did not like one bit (Session 82). Still under the demons control, I grabbed the copies, and when Cierra called to discuss it, I tried to grab the originals from the tower, but she had taken them to the trap to exorcise me - the demon was successfully exorcised (Session 84).
Protect my Turf
While I was possessed, I invited Christine Metz to a private dance performance. She's stuck her nose in my turf long enough, its time to deal with her (Session 75). I've rented a dance hall for the 'performance' and gave a date and the address to her (Session 76). I set up some traps, but I'm not strong or big enough and got caught in my own trap (Session 77), but Dwayne, Lindsey and Marcus managed to set up the traps properly, so all looks set! (Session 78) Despite the proper setup though, the trap failed spectacularly and I barely got anything off on Christine, while she took me captive. My connection with the Prince saved me, but the trap failed due to betrayal by Marcus. The Prince did settle things with Christine though (Session 79)
A better look
The Demon didn't like my looks, so under its power, I went shopping to get some better clothes that don't look as... sweet. (Session 75). I also got the address of a woman named Karen Crawford who can help me get rid of some bodyhair (Session 76). The ritual finished successfully (Session 77). With earlier shopping sprees already bringing in some better outfits, I've continued to escalate with more serious outfits to look stronger and seduce the Prince (Session 83). With the demon exorcised though, I have no idea what to do with these new outfits... (Session 84).
The Tamara Problem
The demon considered Tamara a major problem, so while it controlled me, I tried to get her in trouble with Mr. Worthington and failed rather badly so I borrowed her credit card - whatever I buy will be purchased in her name (Session 75). I made some purchases and orders in her name and snuck the card back in her room (Session 76), and I confirmed the skunk order (Session 77). The skunk finally arrived and sprayed Tamara's room, leaving her quite distraught. Unfortunately, the Prince gave her a spot in her room, but I managed to put a stop to that. (Session 80). After some efforts, the Prince discovered the purchase was made with her own credit card and she kicked Tamara to the curb (Session 83).
Money makes the world go round
Controlled by the Demon, I spent some time with the prince and dropped hints that I need more money (Session 77). I got another chance to make the suggestion and this time I made a note I'd have more dresses to show off if I had more money to spend, which seemed to be getting a more positive vibe. I'll need to continue this line (Session 78). The prince was displeased after my failed plan with Christine, so I'll need to get something special to please her, and Cierra suggested Eurus might know more... (Session 80). Gabriella was kind enough to take me shopping and we slipped away from my guard to do so. Once I got back, Mr. Worthington was quite annoyed and I made sure he complained to the Prince. I was then able to leverage this by saying I just really needed new clothes, which the Prince seemed to acknowledge! (Session 81) I reminded the Prince I'll need stretchy outfits for contortions and yoga (Session 83) and the Prince finally relented and made additional funds available for clothing. The demon took immediate advantage by ordering a lot of new stuff. With the demon now gone I'm not sure what to do next... (Session 84)
Lashing out
Someone told Mr. Worthington about the demons plans. Marcus was also photographing people, trying to capture me on film during the Elysium. Suspicious, he is up to something, as is Tamara, so the demon kept an an eye out (Session 78). Marcus betrayed me against Christine Metz. The demon now sees him as an enemy, so it made I rat him out to Carol for not properly fulfilling his favour (Session 79). He actually expects me to act nice to him, but I gave him the cold shoulder (Session 80). I heckled Marcus when he presented a show in Elysium, and he attacked me by throwing his hat at me. Turns out the Keeper might not be entirely impartial (Session 82). Finally I, or rather the demon, got the prince to sent some people after him to deal with him, as the harpies handled his betrayal (Session 83)! Now, the demon has been exorcised (Session 84) and the harpies ruled Marcus still owes me a favour, but we're otherwise good. I think we can leave it at that (Session 85).
Chapter 7: Restoration
Restoration
I got seriously hurt while protecting Marcus after the demon was exorcised (Session 84), and I have had to take a lot of rest, first remaining in bed, then doing only very light observation activities and nothing too serious (Session 85). I seem to be doing a lot better now though I still have hidden bruises. I suppose it will have to do for now, I have obligations and I cannot stay in bed any longer (Session 86).
Winter Fashion
I learned scarves are the next thing for ballet classes (Session 74)! When the possession by the demon ended, I could not believe what I was wearing (Session 84). The demon has left me with a closet of strange clothes, but the Prince seems to like them a lot on me, so I've not told Emily to get rid of them yet (Session 85). I've not been able to find time to get something new to wear due to resting, so I was forced to wear one of the new dresses the demon got me to Elysium. At least I could cover up a bit with a scarf... And clothes the demon bought are still arriving in packages! I should probably get something new that will please the prince without making me look so... available (Session 86). While the demon was possessing me though, the rage has already ended and scrunchies are back. Luckily I already have those (Session 87). I finally bought some extra scarves to go with my outfits, but I am going to need something more as it is just too cold, I had to borrow a jacket and even a blanket (Session 88). Next I tried - and failed - to buy a fur coat (Session 89), but the Prince finally bought it for me for Christmas and I feel all warm (Session 91)!
Christmas Reaffirmations
American Christmas is here, so I went and bought some items and supplies, and I made some gifts. I gave the Prince a plush bunny to cuddle with. The prince gave me some new furs, and Carol got me a Snowglobe of Rockerfeller Square - she's so considerate (Session 91)! I bought a new dress for the American Christmas Elysium but I think I got the wrong colour - nobody said anything though. At the Elysium, I found out about Santa, I'm not entirely sure how it works yet though and I gave gifts to people, which was wonderful. And when I got Gabriella her gift, she shared her own private ballet room with me (Session 92). Isaac and Lindsey both got me a lovely gift as well (Session 93). A bit later, I visited the Church to celebrate Orthodox Christmas as well, completing the Christmas celebrations (Session 96).
Hungry...
I got really famished after my performance, but I've already fed too much on my herd. I looked around the Empire State Building but they couldn't really help me. The prince did suggest I ask Lindsey for help (Session 93), which she did, guiding me through finding some extra food at the Rotary (Session 94). I had to ask Lindseys help again, but I think I finally managed to find the blood I needed despite the nativity fast (Session 95).
Poor Tamara
Tamara came by to ask my help due to issues with her 'credit card' after the Demon Incident. (Session 89). I spoke with Mr. Worthington about it, though I was too afraid to admit I ordered the skunk - under possession of the demon, but still (Session 90). I finally admitted my guilt to Mr. Worthington (Session 91) and I managed to get Tamara back into the Empire State Building: the Prince said she could stay! Christmas cheer for everyone (Session 92)!
Sharing
Christine was visiting the Prince and we talked about sharing the School of American Ballet. I'm sure we can come to a fair arrangement (Session 98). I offered Christine to hold the School of American Ballet as her territory if she'd still let me dance there and would help me find a place for Jacqueline Eslinger. She offered to help, but she's willing to share regardless, so that's really nice of her (Session 99)! Christine and me talked about sharing and agreed to an arrangement. I'll be working with her to organize a fundraiser gala! (Session 104)
Relic
I spoke with Cierra about what to do with the Relic and she did insist on needing the information on the scroll. I'm not sure, but I may have a way to sort everything out (Session 86). I found Penny Garfield might be able to help, but she wants a favour with Cierra in return, or possibly for burning an archive of some kind. I may need to be careful with her and the Palimpsest (Session 87). Cierra has agreed to meet with Penny (Session 89) and I got Penny's contact information from Ravena to Emily to make an appointment by the end of the year (Session 90). Isaac returned to New York, which means he might be able to help out as well (Session 92)! Isaac inspected the palimpsest, and Penny managed to extract the text Cierra needed, saving the relic. Cierra was happy and she promised she'd send the palimpsest to the Empire State Building for me to tend to (Session 94). The relic was indeed delivered to me at the Empire State Building, where Mr. Worthington took care of its protection. I talked to Reverend Jonah about how to get it where it needs to go - the Church. But I've not found a way to handle that yet (Session 96). I arranged a writ confirming the age and nature of the Palimpsest from the scribe who researched it (Session 98). I tried sneaking the Palimpsest into the ROCOR building, but that really isn't my skillset. Luckily Dwayne was able to deliver it and make sure it arrived safely. Now all I can do is pray (Session 100). My faith was proven true when the church accepted the relic (Session 104)!
Chapter 8: Working Title
Sabbat Negotiations
The Prince asked about my relationship with Tina Lopez. I denied any, as I am not in cahoots with the Sabbat, but it turned out to be about something else. Soon after, I was asked to help negotiate a deal, though I was warned I may have to flee if things go wrong... Carol and I went shopping for the occasion (Session 106). The Prince decreed my visit would be taking place now, and said that Marcus, Isaac, Lindsey and Dwayne would accompany me to guard me. I put on my new gown though I do not think they liked it... In either case, when we arrived, I spoke with several Sabbat members including a female Bishop named Ecatarina, who asked a lot of uncomfortable questions, but agreed to a ceasefire. As we left, someone fired a gun and I panicked (Session 108)! I took some time to recover from the ordeal, but after a few days the Prince asked me about the meeting in detail and I told what I was able. I suspect with the gunfire, any ceasefire is off though (Session 109).
United Nations Summit
At Elysium, I heard I might need a new ballgown for a UN gala (Session 107). Tamara and I were told to go shopping together for outfits this Friday for the UN event (Session 115) where we bought dresses that were not too noticable (Session 117). At the summit, I helped the Prince and Peter Ingolf as best I could, distracting an elderly Chinese gentleman and trying to make acquintance with another diplomat. The latter became awkward rather quickly and my attempt to make it less so led to Tamara throwing her drink all over me. I fled to the bathroom where the kind wife of the Brittish Ambassador helped me into a new ballgown, which I wore for the rest of the event. She is so kind! A great fear of mine took manifest though when Zacha turned up with the Russian delegation! To repay me for aiding him, Peter Ingolf had her sent away, though I fear that may not be the end of it. The Prince took me home after and I did not tell her about what had happened with Tamara, though I think she might have known anyway. I pray that everything we needed was accomplished at the UN though (Session 119).
Ongoing: Ballet
School of American Ballet
The School of American Ballet is the second best ballet school in the world and it is right next door! I got an application form (Session 11) and managed to secure an audition (Session 12). The audition was a success, but there was a money question and I had to dump emotions on Tamara. Luckily the Prince came through and resolved the matter (Session 13)
Destroyed Ballet Outfit
Someone destroyed my ballet outfit... (Session 13). I think it might have been the Prince, and Tamara was kind enough to give me a hug when I needed it. (Session 14)
Ballet Lessons
I bought a proper uniform to train and have my first lessons at the School of American Ballet (Session 15). After many hours of practice, I asked about an audition for a role, but the teacher said wasn't good enough yet (Session 25), but eventually she complimented me (Session 33) and when I managed to put up a good Kitri performance, I figured I had the basics down (Session 37)
Must have wool things!
Apparently there are a special type of sock I need to have if I want to have any form of social interaction at the School of American Ballet (Session 16). I finally knitted some myself, after Isaac was kind enough to help me with materials (Session 17)
Performance for the Prince
The prince asked me to give a ballet performance (Session 21) and asked after it again later (Session 25). Naturally I cannot refuse. Gabriella suggested I can do Kitri's fan dance from Don Quixotte, Act 3 (Session 29). I set a date for the performance finally (Session 36) and it was mostly successful. Even if it wasn't all I'd hoped, the prince was pleased! (Session 37)
Kitri
To perform Kitri for the prince, I'll need an outfit. I bought a fan first (Session 33) and later I got fabric for a outfit when it turned out buying it was just not going to work (Session 35). I finished the outfit finally (Session 36) but when I performed I made a bit of a mess of it. Some restoration is in order, and I need a headpiece, because roses do -not- work for me. Either way, for now, it worked as well as was possible. (Session 37)
Need weird hair things!
Leg warmers are out, I now need a Scrunchie (Session 26). Luckily, I managed to get one just in time to maintain my social standing. The store that had them is the weirdest place... (Session 27)
Ballet Fashion
Scrunchies are out, and leg warmers are back, but I'm not quite sure what the new fashion will be... (Session 38) I bought some new leg warmers hoping people would like them (Session 46) and they did! (Session 47)
Egyptian Dances
While in Luxor, I got a chance to practice with some traditional Egyptian dancers (Session 55). They rather sabotaged me during the performance and I completely blanked out so it was a deadly embarrassing performance (Session 56). I took some time to show pointe to Sitamun and Merti, though I'm not sure I was the best teacher. They seemed to like it though (Session 58). Finally, I danced Nikiya and told the story of La Bayadère to the court, which I feel was a much bigger success than my earlier performance (Session 59).
Nutcracker
With nutcracker season approaching, I applied for the role of Clara at the School of American Ballet (Session 64). I auditioned for the role of Clara, and a few other minor roles just in case, but so did Gabriella (Session 65). I got Clara, but Gabriella did not get any role, and Christine Metz seems to be involving herself in my class... I don't know what to do (Session 66). An opportunity presented itself and I told Nicolas deJesus about Christine getting involved, maybe that will help (Session 67). Eventually the demon took care of it through some clumbsy attempts which eventually got the Prince to settle things (Session 79). When the demon was exorcised, I got hurt, but at least I'm myself again and I can attend ballet classes again - I hope to be well enough soon to dance again. Christine also came by offering to share the school. I'm sure we can work something out together (Session 85). I started with ballet classes again and have been doing extra practice with Gabriella to get ready (Session 86). I formally invited the prince to the performance and she accepted (Session 87)! The other dancers were not happy with my return, hoping I'd drop out and the role would be freed up. Do I even deserve it (Session 88)? The teacher nevertheless assigned extra practice (Session 89). Final rehearsals went okay, the teacher didn't outright destroy me... (Session 92) I was very nervous for the performance, but I did not even have time to think about that. I had to help everyone get in, because there was an issue with tickets - I may have misunderstood. Luckily Gabriella's father was there to help and I promised to repay him. After that, everything went off without a hitch, my dances went great, and I managed to hit the Mouse King with my shoe! Everyone was excited, especially Gabriella and I am really happy with the outcome (Session 93).
Fluffy Legwarmers
Fluffy legwarmers are the latest rage at the School of American Ballet and I have to have them, like, right now (Session 94). Fortunately, I was able to buy some - New York has it all - and I am once again fully accepted in my class (Session 95)!
Stretching my Flexibility
I got some exercises to do during my trip to Egypt to keep up to date on my ballet training (Session 47). I contacted the Setites and Morocco and her snake helped me with stretching exercises (Session 52). I stretched more while preparing for a ballet performance for the Prince of Luxor (Session 55). I've practiced ever since, but the demon wanted to take me further and went looking for yoga studios to work on this more seriously, and visited one that looked alright (Session 81). I told the Prince about my plans in this regard (Session 83) and finally found a Yoga Studio where the demon signed me up for classes which I might now be stuck with (Session 84), especially now that Yoga outfits have started arriving (Session 86). I went to my first yoga lesson which was an absolute disaster. I'm terrible (Session 87)! I returned for classes once more and I failed again, the teacher wasn't even convinced I should be there (Session 88). With practice I seem to at least manage, but its still not very good (Session 89). I've kept practicing, but I am still making myself look like a fool every time I'm there (Session 100). After a lot of hard work, I finally had a good practice today though (Session 101) and it seems I finally have this under control (Session 102)!
Ballerina Trouble
One of the girls in my ballet class has a rich new boyfriend! So exciting! (Session 108) The class are some wonderful people, and they gave me support when I was sad, which really helped me feel a bit better (Session 109). I later found out the girl with the rich new boyfriend seemed to be having some relation issues (Session 111). She was still sad later on in the week, and Gabriella had her own issues with her father as well (Session 112). The bulk of the problem seemed to have been solved eventually though (Session 117).
Ongoing: Faith
Find a church to attend
New York has a lot of churches, and I had to find the best one to attend. With the aid of Julia I learned there is a Russian Orthodox Church in Brooklyn of the right kind that I can attend (Session 2). It has a diverse crowd of Russian refugees and I think I will fit in nicely there! (Session 7)
Collections
I didn't have money for the church (Session 10). Easter was hard and exhausting but I managed to get the money together to make a proper donation (Session 14)
Unexpected Date
Oxana Vasileva arranged a date for me with Evgeni Grigoriy, believing I was in dire need of a marriage. She's not entirely wrong, but she doesn't know about the various 'conditions' that sort of prevents any of that (Session 19). The date eventually happened, and that was all we'll say of it (Session 20)
The good Reverend Jonah
I first heard of Reverend Jonah when I arrived in New York (Session 2), but I only finally met him - and discovered he is true and good in a divine way - much later. He asked for my help but I was too afraid to donate my blood... I am so ashamed... (Session 24)
A reminder of God
A priest in Alexandra spoke about how there may be references to Kindred in the Bible. I'm not sure what to think of that... (Session 60) While visiting Mount Sinai, I felt the fear of God in my bones. Then people asked for my blessing. I am not living up to what I should be... (Session 61) Back in New York I celebrated Pokrov and bought an icon of the Theotokos for Prince Michaella. She seemed to appreciate it, and wants to talk about faith at some point in the future (Session 64).
Theophany
Svyatki will end soon with the feast of Theophany. I asked to participate in the ceremony at Church and to have the house blessed. The Prince wasn't as pleased as I had hoped, but agreed I could have my room blessed (Session 99). I bought a gown for the Theophany ceremony (Session 100), which was held by going all under in the icy Hudson river three times. It was quite something, and I felt reborn afterwards (Session 101)!
Social: Elysium
Prevent a clash
On my first Elysium, I met loads of new people with a wide variety of outfits. I managed to prevent a clash between Markus Gottschalk and Levi Wise (Session 4), (Session 5).
The next Elysium was at a fighting ring and I had to keep Carlo Savio and Samuel "Schooler" Schuyler apart this time, which I managed by making sure the two couldn't make eye contact (Session 9)
Rooftop Club
I visited the Rooftop Club where they sell blood for money. Apparently its a masquerade friendly club! (Session 13)
Gentlemen's Club
Elysium was held at a very different gentleman's club than I envisioned. Ravenna Watkins was nice enough to help me out though, I like her now (Session 17)
Kindred of the Opera
During Elysium at the Metropolitan Opera House, I discovered Christine Metz had a strange relationship with one of the performers. Luckily, we sorted it all out (Session 20)
Disco Fever
Elysium was held at something called a disco. The music was really loud and unpleasant, but I did get to dance with Iacomo. I'm not sure we made a lot of sense (Session 22)
Hindu's are on to something
Elysium brings in priests from various different denominations, including a Hindu priest who seems to know a bit too much about the masquerade. I managed to convince him we don't actually exist (Session 24)
Bloodbank charity
We have a charity event for the blood banks in New York. They want to expand to New Jersey, but most Camarilla kindred don't think that's a great idea (Session 29)
We got us an Irish Pub
We visit The Leprechaun's Treasure, an Irish pub where favours are traded for coins. (Session 35)
Help Carol with Masquerade Elysium
Carol asked my help with running the mysterious upcoming Elysium she has planned (Session 67). I helped out by welcoming guests while wearing a mask - the theme is masquerade after all (Session 68). The event was interrupted when someone was attacked by the Sabat. I comforted Carol as she lamented her spoiled plans. I did have to return the dress I borrowed though... (Session 69)
Halloween
Apparently Halloween is an event where we dress up in costumes! I bought materials for an outfit (Session 70). The Prince asked me to make her a costume of an Italian Renaissance lady. It was really short notice but I tried my best, and Markus helped me get additional materials. I went as a fairy (Session 71)! Markus was given an apple for the most beautiful one, but he didn't give it to me... (Session 72) I didn't even win the costume contest, but honestly I didn't deserve it either (Session 73).
Visiting the Opera
The upcoming Elysium will be at the opera, so Carol, Tamara and I went shopping for gowns. The demon that possessed me got a gown to one-up Tamara and show her who's boss, and made her pay for it! (Session 74) With the demon in control, I stayed at the opera and kept an eye on Christine Metz and staying with Tamara for a bit. Afterwards, it was able to spend time with the Prince and gloat to Tamara! (Session 75).
Keeping the Prince
While I was still controlled by the demon, Marcus threw stuff at me at Elysium and I faked getting hit. Instead of getting support from the Keeper, she accused me of causing trouble and challenged me. When I challenged her back, she physically threw me out of Elysium, so I left a message at her home. I decided to stay away from home for a few nights and Lydia de Witte kindly allowed me to stay in one of her houses while I regrouped. She gave me some money for clean clothes and asked me to visit the Prince which I agreed to do (Session 82). I finally returned home and managed to charm the Prince. We fondled around some and I sat on her lap and she forced the Keeper of Elysium to apologize next Open Elysium (Session 83). I made some promises of contortions and tight outfits and all seems very well set up now... Except with the possession ended, I have no idea where this will go now (Session 84). The Keeper finally apologized to me in Elysium, making sure to let everyone know I was possessed. I am such a weak and horrible person... (Session 86).
Poledancer
Elysium took place in a rather seedy dancing, but as predicted by Chocolat, the dancer named Jaqueline Eslinger was really, really skilled. The Prince will want to see her, and if she performs well, maybe we'll be able to help her find a better place in life (Session 87)! To get her to perform though, I'll need 'references', and Emily suggested I should go visit her with someone to ask about what she needs (Session 90). Emily helped to arrange the necessary references, and when I went to visit Jaqueline with Lindsey, she agreed to come perform (Session 93). I asked Julia if we could have a pole set up in the ballroom for her performance, but she said no... (Session 95) Emily came to me that the appointment needs to be arranged, we talked about how to set it up a bit, and I need to go ask the Prince (Session 96). The Prince said no to the pole, and suggested I ask Miss Eslinger what she needs (Session 98). I arranged for Jacqueline to perform for the Prince next Thursday, and I spoke about her future at Elysium. Nicolas may offer her a chance to dance at his clubs and Christine said she'd try to arrange something for her in Paris. I hope she can manage before Thursday... (Session 99). The dancer made it here, but her performance was -not- to the Prince's liking and I may have angered her. At least Christine managed to come through and we're arranging for some extra training and a trip to France for her (Session 100). I asked Emily to arrange the trip for Jaqueline, so it should soon be sorted (Session 101). Nicolas and Christine both want another demonstration of the dancer (Session 102). Gabriella got her dad to agree to allow the performance at her house (Session 103). Jacqueline left quite an impression on everyone and eventually decided to stay in New York with Nicolas (Session 104)!
New Years
I bought a new gown in preparation for new years (Session 93) We celebrated New Years Eve in the Empire State Building - it went better than the 4th of July despite me being hungry. We also had a second New Years celebration in the monthly Open Elysium - I had to get another gown of course. It was held in the armory and I danced with Nicholas Dejesus (Session 95).
Stone Tablet
At an auction during Elysium, Cierra wanted to get a Stone Tablet, but the bidding was going very high. I spoke to some of the people involved trying to broker a more reasonable deal. I think I may have helped but I don't think I was the reason she eventually got what she wanted (Session 105)
Punch
I helped Dwayne deal with some police confusion after one of his marketeers went a bit overboard (Session 115). But when it turned out there might be fighting, Cierra was kind enough to take me home (Session 116).
Social: Party
New Arrivals
I was introduced to Michaella, the prince of New York, together with three other new arrivals, Dwayne "DMZ" Thompson, Isaac Franklin, and Kevin White (Session 1). I also learned we'll be working together on some things, so I guess we're all friends now! (Session 2)
Setting up communications
Kevin White is kind enough to give me a 'Page', a device that does something. I think its supposed to deliver messages or something. Luckily, I also managed to secure an address for Dwayne "DMZ" Thompson (Session 8) and for Kevin and Isaac Franklin as well (Session 9), (Session 10). We should now communicate much more easily
Helping a debutant
Lindsey Barnes arrived in New York and I tried to help her out. Shes a tad frustrating but I think deep down she's a good person, and in the end her introduction went off without a hitch! (Session 10)
Lindsey's Business
Lindsey needs a loan to get her business started, and I agreed to help her out when she asked (Session 12). We visit Cierra Enestine and I helped her secure the loan (Session 13).
Lindsey opened her business, the Manhattan Automobile Maintenance. I attended the event of course! (Session 19)
Kevin's Expression Training
I helped Kevin to get better at expressing himself - he really did need some help (Session 18)
Princess Luïne
Isaac needs me to be a princess for some sort of improvisation play (Session 22). I act the princess and despite a "I want to die"-level embarassing moment, some Gangrel intervention and a real kidnapping by Fey, I manage to pull off the role convincingly! (Session 23)
Chinese Imports
Lindsey has some problems with imports as well, and I join to help her out (Session 33). I meet someone named Pancake and acquire a chinese dress in the process, as I help Lindsey deal with the Triad to eventually resolve the misunderstanding (Session 34)
Lindsey's Presence Training
I am helping Lindsey to have a better Presence (Session 43), (Session 46). With some work, we managed to complete the training (Session 47)
Sad days
I was having a very hard day and Lindsey and Dwayne both came by to check in on me. Lindsey and I talked the next day. She told me about the death of her husband and we shared sorrows. (Session 43), (Session 44) I accompanied Lindsey to a war memorial on the day of her husbands death. We cried together. (Session 46) Later on her wedding day, we went shopping together. I think she's feeling better! (Session 47)
Unacceptable Behaviour
I behaved quite unacceptably towards Dwayne. (Session 44), so I decided to offer my Tiara to Markus Gottschalk in trade for arranging the trip Dwayne is hoping for to Egypt as well as a Gladius I think he'll like. Markus decided to part with them in exchange for me asking the Prince and a huge favour in the future (Session 45)
Lindsey can't courtesy
Lindsey does not know how to courtesy, and worse, she bows. That will need to be addressed (Session 48). When arriving in Abu Simbel, I managed to teach Lindsey before we were presented to the Prince there! (Session 59)
See the Sights in Egypt
Dwayne wants to see all the sites since we're heading to Egypt anyway and I'm glad to come along and see them too. Before even getting to Egypt, we made a stop in Rome. Upon arrival, we realised we didn't know where the Prince Francesko of Rome was staying, but fortunately, Carol helped out. We were allowed to stay for a few nights and we looked at some tourist attractions in the inner city. It was very beautiful! (Session 47) We planned a date to see the Pyramids at Giza (Session 50). We visited the Pyramids and the Sphinx - they are HUGE, and we saw a shade of some sort (Session 51). In Luxor we first visited the Temple of Karnak (Session 54), where I had some visions and while visiting the Valley of the Kings, we were beset by some sort of demons (Session 57) - they might have been after the guide, but I'm not entirely sure (Session 58). We next flew to Abu Simbel and visited the impressive temples there (Session 59). In Alexandra we visited where the Great Lighthouse once stood, the Necropolis of Kom El Shoqafa (though I did not go inside), Pompey's Pillar, the Temple of Taposiris Magna, and various minor locations and I purchased some gifts for my friends back home (including Cierra) (Session 60). Upon returning to New York, I gave gifts to all the friends I left behind, including Egyptian silk scarves for Tamara and Carol, a necklace for Gabriella, alabaster carvings for Cierra, a bust of Nefertiti for Imogen and a plushie camel for Prince Michaella. What a beautiful country! (Session 63).
Make Introductions
A new arrival in New York, Markus Chemnitz needs some help to get settled. The Seneschal asked me to help him out, so I introduced him to everyone present at his introduction to the Prince (Session 67). I informed Markus about the location of the Elysium the next day and made some wider introductions around there (Session 68). I helped took Markus to see Cierra and het got a mission from her to earn some money (Session 69).
Markus' Translations
Turns out Markus has plans with Lindsey which may involve assassins? I translated some Italian for him, but I am going to stay well away from that! (Session 70) Markus got me to translate more Italian for him, this time words from his Sire. There was also a letter for the Prince which we got to him, and he owes, by virtue of is Sire, a favour to Lidia de Wit (Session 71). After I became possessed, Markus needed some latin books translated, and the demon helped out in exchange for a favour, he also helped to diss Tamara (Session 77).
Religious Party
After seeing the demons destruction in hellfire (Session 84), Marcus asked if he could come visit my church, so I had him come along to attend service for the Presentation of the Theotokos at the Temple (Session 85). After talking about it during Elysium, I learned Dwayne has his own church with their own customs and I asked if I could join him there. Lindsey meanwhile joined Marcus and myself for service on Sunday and I borrowed a headscarf to her (Session 86). Marcus joined church again today, maybe he is feeling the light (Session 89)? Dwayne finally agreed to let me visit his church (Session 101), and after Carol agreed as well, we set a date for next Sunday (Session 102)! I visited Dwayne's church and got a chance to chat with the other churchgoers. They are a very active and happy community, I like them! (Session 104)
Rockerfellers
Lindsey and I made plans to go shopping and I thought we were going to meet with the Rockerfellers (Session 89), though I later learned that was a misunderstanding. (Session 91)! We finally went shopping in Rockerfeller Plaza and it was a lot of fun (Session 93)!
Unacceptable
Marcus came by the School of American Ballet. I have no idea why, but I wasn't at all convinced that he came there to dance. This is a serious school! He did apologize afterward (Session 91). Marcus came by to give me a necklace as a belated Christmas present, but turns out he is a Bolshevic! I don't want anything to do with him now (Session 92). Marcus sent me a packaged, but I left it unopend and I asked Dwayne to give Marcus his gifts back. Marcus tried to confront me, but I walked away and he persisted. Luckily Tamara was able to save me (Session 95). Marcus did not go to Church again for a while (Session 96) but then suddenly showed up again out of the blue. I avoided him there, I don't want to jeopardize it if he found religion (Session 98). Marcus came and rudely interrupted at Elysium again today, despite me being clear about not wanting anything to do with him. Nicolas had a talk with him and when I spoke with him, Nicolas assured me he doesn't like Communists either (Session 99). While speaking with Carol, I learned there may have been a misunderstanding surrounding Marcus (Session 106). At Elysium I spoke with Marcus and he explained he was a victim as well, being forced to list his name... these people are just too horrible, but its not Marcus fault if he had no choice, I suppose (Session 107).
New Shoes
Lindsey and I agreed to go shoe shopping. She has such great taste in shoes and I want to do something nice for her (Session 102). We marveled at some of the strange creation and I bought a pair of designer boots for Lindsey. We also selected some for me which I'll pick up next week as Emily didn't give me enough money and said she'd need a few days to get the rest together (Session 103). Lindsey and I set a date to head back and buy the boots I liked (Session 108), though the date had to be moved for other priorities for a bit (Session 110). Finally though, Lindsey and I went back to buy them, and they are absolutely gorgeous (Session 111) and I got to show them off at Elysium... and to the Prince! (Session 112).
Study under Isaac
My headackes were inspected by the Tremere and they assigned Isaac to give me training to help me get things under control (Session 107). Isaac started training me by showing me colourful pictures and the likes. It was strange and confusing, but I think it might be helping. We might study at the next Elysium for some reason (Session 108), though things were interrupted for a moment due to the chaos - we started again the next week though (Session 110). After a short break, my training continued without much incident (Session 113). I managed to finish the training just in time for our trip to Coney Island (Session 114).
Coney Island
During Elysium, I proposed for Lindsey, Marcus, Isaac, Dwayne and I to do something fun, and the idea was spawned to go to Coney Island (Session 113). After a lot of trying, I found the perfect outfit (Session 114) and we went there to have a lot of fun. There was a ferris wheel and a hall of mirrors and a scary ghost house, and Iacomo said hi! We had a blast all in all! (Session 115)
Shopping Trip
Marcus asked for help with shopping for new clothes, so I decided to make it a trip for the whole group (Session 118) as Lindsey also needed a new dress to go with her new car (Session 119). Suddenly there seemed to be some haste so we set the trip for tomorrow (Session 120). We finally went shopping with the whole group, buying clothes for Marcus and Dwayne and even some underwear - a fun trip all in all (Session 121)!
Social: Other Friends
Befriend Tamara Patterson
Tamara Patterson took me shopping for clothes (Session 3), and moreover she comforted me when I was sad. I think its safe to say we are friends now (Session 6)
Befriend Carol Meadows
Carol Meadows and I share a building and we often go to Elysium together (Session 8), (Session 9). Since she helped me out after the Gentleman's Club disaster, I know she's my friend (Session 17)
Shopping Secrets
Tamara and I went shopping again and I learned there is something called 'Victoria's Secret'. Also, one member of my herd is apparently a model there! (Session 16)
Befriend Cierra Enestine
Cierra Enestine noticed my lack of a proper gown and asked me for help with her business, to which I agreed. She arranged a gown for me and I played hostess for Japanese businessmen, being able to keep the gown afterwards! She's so kind and I just know we are friends now! (Session 19)
Tamara is angry
Tamara is angry with me for some unknown reason (Session 20). She seems to even be avoiding me (Session 21). Apparently she believes I did something, though I am not entirely sure yet what that would be (Session 26). Finally she came to me panicked about what to wear and everything seemed to be in order, but then she spilled blood on the prince and I wasn't able to control myself... I think we're more frenemies than friends now, sadly (Session 39).
