Under normal circumstances, you need not make a check to select or put on kimono's in the right manner or to move around elegantly while wearing one, though special circumstances (such as being rushed) or advanced historic styles (such as a junihitoe) may still require a check. If you do, you gain one bonus dice on the roll.

You are trained in applying and wearing the traditional white powder make-up worn by kabuki-actors, geisha and their apprentices. Under most circumstances, you need not make a check to apply such make-up, though special circumstances (such as being rushed) or advanced styles may still require one.
Additionally, while wearing Oshiroi, others suffer a -1 external penalty when attempting to discern your true emotions or motives.
Nihongami

Summary: Routine and +1 bonus dice on Japanese hairstyles
You know how to style hair in various different traditional Japanese hairstyles. Whenever you are applying such a hairstyle, either for yourself or another, you gain one bonus dice on the roll.
Additionally, when you sleep, you do not mess up your hairstyle under normal circumstances, allowing you to maintain your style throughout the night and save time in the morning redoing it or with only minor fixes.
Maiko
